当日限りの応募受付となります。

受付の際に、ご本人確認のため顔写真付きの身分証（コピー、期限切れ不可）のご提示をお願い致します。顔写真付きの身分証をお持ちで無いお客様は、いかなる理由でも、抽選へのご参加をお断りいたしますのでお忘れ無いようご注意ください。

身分証明書は以下1から8のいずれかをお持ち下さい。

　1. 免許証
　2. 写真付き学生証
　3. 写真付き住民基本台帳カード
　4. パスポート
　5. 外国人登録証
　6. 在留資格カード
　7. 身体障がい者手帳
　8. Armed Forces Military Identification Card

※顔写真付きの身分証明書のみ有効です。
※有効期限切れの身分証、身分証のコピーは無効です。

身分証明書とご本人様との間に内容の相違があれば、いかなる理由でも無効とさせて頂きます。

※複数の応募、記入漏れに関しましては無効とさせていただきます。

※当選者にのみ、後日はがきにて当選のお知らせを差し上げます。

The lottery registration date will be conducted only on 11/21(Sat.) (11:00-20:30)
・Lottery applicants must be a Japanese resident.

Photo Identification will be required for purchase of"Limited Product"Items

Going forward, Photo ID (copies and expired cards will be invalid) will be required for items that are categorized as "Limited Product". This photo identification requirement will also apply to all products sold through Lottery, Admission based Lottery, or Ticket based distribution Lottery. We will request you to show ID during the cue and upon purchase of the product. Please note that any customer without a Photo ID will be unable to purchase the Limited Product.

Accepted IDs are as follows:

　1. Driver's License
　2. Student ID Card
　3. Citizen Identification Card
　4. Passport
　5. Alien Registration Card
　6. Foreign Residence Card
　7. National Disability Identification Card
　8. Armed Forces Military Identification Card

＊All IDs must match the photo of the individual
＊Copies and expired cards are invalid

・A Post Card will be sent to only winners of the Lottery process. Please note that applicants who did not win the drawing, will not receive a Post Card confirmation.
When retrieving the product at the store, please be in possession of this Post Card upon your purchase. Product will not be provided to those without the Post Card confirmation.

・Information regarding Product pick-up dates will be detailed on the Post Cards.
